At Wall Vent Pro Sales, we stand behind the quality of our premium ventilation products including bathroom extractor fans, wall panels, and commercial ventilation systems. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition – unused, uninstalled, and with all original packaging and tags
  • You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order
  • The original proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Important Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on installed bathroom wall panels or any commercial extractors that have been unpackaged and prepared for installation.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, our team will:

  • Confirm your return eligibility
  • Provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Send return shipping instructions (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

For standard returns (non-defective items):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Include the RMA number clearly on the package

For defective items:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Allow 3-5 business days for label delivery via email

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the item within 3 business days
  • You will receive email notification of approval/rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed immediately

Refund Information

Timing:

  • Credit card/PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days after approval (processing time depends on your financial institution)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Exchange Policy

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Custom-cut bathroom wall panels
  • Commercial extractors with opened packaging
  • Any product showing signs of installation attempts

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged product/package
  • We will arrange for replacement at no additional cost
