Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): £12.95 – Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (EMS): Available for orders over £50 – Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may have extended delivery times or may not be serviceable.
International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding certain remote areas in Asia). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our premium ventilation products including bathroom extractor fans, wall panels, and commercial ventilation systems. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original condition – unused, uninstalled, with all packaging and tags
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Original proof of purchase (order number/receipt) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Installed bathroom wall panels
- Commercial extractors with opened packaging
- Custom-cut bathroom wall panels
- Any product showing signs of installation attempts
Return Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service at [email protected] with:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Body: Include product details, reason for return, and preferred resolution (refund/exchange)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll:
- Confirm your return eligibility
- Provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Send return shipping instructions
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Standard returns (non-defective items):
- Customer pays return shipping
- Use a trackable shipping service
- Clearly mark RMA number on package
Defective items:
- We provide a prepaid return label
- Label delivered via email within 3-5 business days
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received:
- Inspection within 3 business days
- Email notification of approval/rejection
- Immediate processing of approved refunds
Refund Information
Timing
- Credit card/PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days after approval
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error)
Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
Exchange Policy
To exchange for a different product:
- Follow standard return process
- Clearly state you want an exchange
- Specify replacement product details
- Price differences will be adjusted accordingly
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged/incorrect items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of damage/incorrect item
- We’ll arrange replacement at no cost
